  1. Tell us three things most people don’t know about you…
    • I write, mostly real life experiences and short stories
    • I travel, I like to explore the unexplored and find hidden gems. I’ve been on various treks covering the entire Sahyadri mountain range, Western Ghats. I also love beaches and have witnessed all of the Konkan coastal belt.
    • I have exceptional interest in Medical science. I am familiar with almost all the salts, names and usage, and I also like experimenting with medicines.

  1. If you were to write a book about yourself, what would you name it?
    • A2 Solo Series! In which I would want to pen down my spinster life and its bloopers.

  1. Which one would you want most – flying cars, robot housekeepers, or moon cities? Also, why?
    • Moon Cities – Firstly, for some peace as I guess they’ll be isolated, also pollution free and a moon lit city would set the perfect cozy atmosphere

  1. If you could switch your job with anyone else within Xavient, whose job would you want and why?
    • I would love to explore the HR zone of employee engagement and event management. I feel I can connect fairly well with my colleagues and have the empathy required for this role. Also, events and CSR’s entice me and I would like to see how it feels to be a part of the organizing committee’s chaos and panic.

  1. What drew you to Xavient originally? And how has Xavient changed since?
    • I was moving to Noida from Pune and Xavient was the first opportunity I received. Since then, my role with Presales has only witnessed expansion, especially since the last couple of months, the work has gotten challenging, demanding and pretty interesting.

  1. What are the three career lessons you’ve learned thus far?
    • Always deliver timely and add value addition to your work, stay ahead of just what is given to you.
    • Stay Process oriented and educate others on the same, this way no one will ever question you. Also, one must have to unlearn a few things to learn new things, we can only stay dynamic and grow.
    • Work-life balance and maintaining healthy relations with your peers, is a must.

  1. Out of the many things you would want to do in life, what is the one that’s on top of your priority list and you would not drop that for anyone?
    • Travel!! I experience travel cravings every now and then. Even a short trip re-energizes me and I revert with an uplifted spirit.
